In the role of Construction Coordinator/EIT, we'll count on you to:
- Assist leadership in processing paperwork to expedite construction activities.
- Gain exposure to standard construction features to understand conformance with contract documents.
- Gain exposure to project schedules, pay requests, progress reports, and cost/budget reports.
- Assist with project field coordination, documentation, cost monitoring, bidding, and scheduling.
- Receive and track RFIs, submittals and other required data for CM.
- Perform other duties including on-site inspection assistance, document control, monitoring daily logs, and status reports as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
This position is subject to a governmental background check & a preemployment drug test.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
- Knowledge of MS Office, Primavera, Scheduling Software, spreadsheets and databases
- Interest and/or experience in the construction field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
