As Vice President of Sales, you'll lead a high-performing sales team and shape the strategy that drives sustainable growth across the multifamily industry. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this role balances strategic leadership with hands-on partnership across the business. You'll spend your time developing leaders, strengthening sales execution, and ensuring our teams are equipped to win in a consultative, relationship-driven market. Compensation & Work Environment Details: Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000 per year Bonus Target: Total annual variable compensation at target is intended to approximate 50% of base salary Work Environment: Remote role with travel as needed across assigned regions; approximately 25% Auto Allowance: Eligible for auto allowance reimbursement program plus monthly variable mileage reimbursement What You'll Do:
