Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000/Year + Full Benefits

Operations Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Mon to Fri

BBSI is partnering with a well-established and growing food manufacturing company to hire a hands-on Plant & Warehouse Manager who will play a critical role in driving production efficiency, team performance, and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being on the floor, leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring quality and compliance standards are consistently met. The Plant & Warehouse Manager will oversee daily production and warehouse operations, including scheduling, inventory, logistics, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee production, warehouse operations, loading/unloading, and truck logistics
  • Full responsibility for training, coaching and supervising a team of 17 workers
  • Develop and manage production schedules based on inventory and demand
  • Monitor and improve workflow efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure proper inventory control, FIFO practices, and reporting
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 17 employees
  • Maintain accurate production and operational reports
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Implement and improve processes, systems, and operational procedures
  • Oversee preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Promote and enforce safety standards and best practices

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in plant, production, or warehouse management
  • Experience in food manufacturing required
  • Bilingual Spanish (required)
  • Strong knowledge of GMPs (required) and HACCP (preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a hands-on environment
  • Experience managing production schedules, inventory, and logistics
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
