Military SIOP Materials Leader (SSO Division - Irvine, CA) Position Summary This role is a Senior Position with focus on the Aftermarket Military SIOP and will be the accountable leader for Aftermarket Military demand planning and SIOP governance across the Aerospace Group organization. This role owns the monthly demand review and SIOP cadence, drives forecast integrity and reconciliation, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Programs/Contracts, Manufacturing/Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align demand, supply, and financial commitments. The person in this role is expected to develop and maintains a 24-36 month rolling demand plan for spares and repair, establishes KPI-driven management routines, and leads continuous improvement projects to improve customer experience and optimize inventory levels within an export-controlled, defense-compliant environment.
