Start Date:

Aquent Studios is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end delivery for all projects that power multi-product digital marketing channels within our leading Tech client's Content marketing worksteam. This role is responsible for client intake-to-publish execution across work streams, balancing timelines, resourcing, quality, and stakeholder alignment, so the team consistently ships high-quality experiences and articles on schedule. You'll act as the "connective tissue" between Content Strategy, Design, SEO, Engineering, and Marketing to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum in a high-velocity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Program & Project Delivery

  • Own and maintain workback schedules and project milestones from initial request through final launch.
  • Define deliverables and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure on-time delivery within the agreed-upon scope.
  • Provide regular status reporting to leadership, highlighting risks, key decisions needed, and schedule shifts.
  • Lead the pivot when requirements shift-resetting priorities and timelines while protecting launch quality.

Web QA, Governance & Launch Readiness

  • Act as the final line of defense for quality. This includes reviewing copy docs against staging sites and verifying technical specs such as Alt Text and Aria labels.
  • Define and enforce quality standards for all assets, links, layouts, and components prior to publishing.
  • Partner with Web Dev and Engineering to ensure content is correctly implemented and optimized for performance and SEO.

Workflow, Intake & Content Calendaring

  • Manage the intake and prioritization process, ensuring all work is properly scoped, resourced, and queued.
  • Evolve the editorial and production calendars to align with marketing beats and major product launches.
  • Establish lightweight, effective rhythms (standups, launch readiness checks, etc.) that improve transparency and team throughput.

Required Skills:

  • 4 + years of Project management experience managing large-scale content hubs or digital platforms with high-frequency updates.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple product lines and complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) motions within the tech or software industry.
  • Comfortable coordinating with UX, Engineering, and Web Dev teams; familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG) and digital publishing specs.
  • You thrive in "pivot-heavy" environments and can translate high-level strategy into actionable, documented plans.
  • Ability to drive alignment and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp (or similar PM tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.) with the ability to build data-driven dashboards and repeatable systems.

Compensation Range: $40 -45/hr DOE

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
