About the
Role:
We're looking
for a Senior Corporate Counsel who has equal parts sharp legal mind, trusted
advisor, and collaborative problem-solver. In this role, you won't just
interpret the law, you'll help shape how we operate, grow, and support our
people.
You'll
partner closely with teams across the company, with a special focus on all
things Human Resources, and team up with our litigation crew to navigate
challenges before they become headlines. If you enjoy turning complex legal
puzzles into clear, practical guidance (and maybe even making it look easy),
you might be exactly who we're looking for.
What
You'll Do:
- Partner with Human
Resources and the litigation team to advise on employee complaints, workplace
investigations, and employment policies and best practices - Collaborate with
internal and external counsel on employment, regulatory, and related legal
disputes across domestic and international operations - Monitor and interpret evolving labor
and employment laws, providing compliance guidance and managing outside counsel
relationships - Develop, implement, and improve
strategies, processes, and procedures to support HR and handle litigation,
complaints, and investigations effectively - Assess legal and business risks,
advising management on compliance, policy development, and strategic
decision-making - Review, analyze, and
negotiate a variety of contracts, and communicate with external stakeholders
including regulators, customers, and legal representatives
Who You
Are:
- Law degree
from an ABA-accredited law school - Active and
current Bar membership in the United States with no record of discipline - Eight years
of relevant legal experience, with some meaningful commercial litigation
experience - Basic
understanding of or the ability to learn about software development, complex
relational databases, cloud computing, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) - Highest level
of professional ethics and personal integrity and sound judgment - Superlative
oral and written communication skills - Strong and
demonstrated ability to work individually and as a team, including under
pressure, with minimal direct supervision and while managing many competing
priorities - Proficiency
with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, and ability to learn and use
proprietary customer/matter management software - Friendly,
collegial, and collaborative disposition
Ideal to
Have:
- California,
Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, and Texas employment law experience - Mix of law
firm and in-house legal experience - Risk
assessment and management experience - Experience
working with software developers or technology teams

Annual Salary
Range: $237,500 - $267,200
