Are you a seasoned program management professional with a passion for bringing marketing campaigns to life? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you will drive the successful execution of critical marketing initiatives from inception to completion. You'll be the central force ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and clear communication across diverse teams, directly contributing to the visibility and success of innovative products and services.

**Responsibilities**

* Drive and monitor discrete marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

* Facilitate status meetings, capture detailed and actionable notes, and report progress to the project team.

* Manage ongoing timelines, adapting to shifts in deliverables and ensuring all milestones are met.

* Maintain a central hub and source of truth for each campaign, including trackers, assets, and budget oversight (without direct budget management).

* Proactively communicate with stakeholders, including the ability to push back appropriately and drive alignment with senior leaders.

* Manage escalations and risks, bringing unresolved issues to leadership when necessary.

* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Brand, and various channel partners, as well as external creative agencies.

* Assist the manager with macro status tracking for the overall program portfolio during a period of employee leave.

**Required Skills & Experience**

* 6-10 years of experience in project or program management, specifically focused on marketing campaigns.

* Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including timeline management and cross-functional coordination.

* Exceptional stakeholder communication and management skills, with demonstrated experience in influencing and driving alignment with senior stakeholders.

* Comfortable pushing back when necessary to maintain project integrity and timelines.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with excellent organizational skills.

* Proficiency in standard office productivity suites.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**

* Background from a creative agency or an in-house creative production team.

* Experience with campaign development in large, diverse markets.
