The Maternal/Fetal Medicine Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in women's reproductive health to join our team. This vital role involves providing comprehensive care for high risk obstetric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care to women during pregnancy.
• Educate, counsel, and support patients and their families throughout their care journey.
• Assist with exams, procedures, and obtain vital signs and medical histories.
• Identify expected outcomes and anticipate potential adverse events, tailoring care to individual patient needs.
• Provide emergency care in accordance with escalation policies.
• Consider the needs and behaviors of patients based on age, cultural background, and individual circumstances.
• Independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks, including triaging and managing patient phone calls, advice, correspondence, and staff messages.
• Complete necessary documentation, including new OB history questionnaires and forms.
• Serve as an effective liaison between patients and physicians, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.

Who Should Apply:

• BSN required
• Active DC license required
• BLS CPR certification required
• RN work experience required; 2 years of OB/GYN nursing experience required
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification required

Salary Range: Minimum 43.25/hour - Maximum 67.04/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
