SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Early Career Programs Manager serves as the strategic leader responsible for the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of SouthState Bank's Infoship and Commercial Banking Internship programs. This role ensures a high-quality and consistent experience for all early talent participants while strengthening SouthState's talent pipeline for future banking leaders. This individual partners closely with senior and executive leadership, human resources, campus recruiting, corporate learning, credit administration, and business-line leaders to align program goals with organizational talent strategies.
