  • Functionally design and architect end-to-end supply chain solutions leveraging the ONE RTVN application, including inventory, supply, demand, and value analysis models
  • Lead hands-on configuration and implementation of supply chain solutions, including data modeling, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning models
  • Guide and validate testing, analysis, and solution performance to ensure designs meet business and technical requirements

  • Partner closely with Project Leaders to define functional scope, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery remains on schedule
  • Coordinate and provide functional guidance across crossfunctional implementation team members.

Scope/Key Responsibilities

  • Experience participating in customer workshops, including process mapping, solution design, gap analysis, and translating business requirements into system-enabled solutions.
  • Proven ability to operate as a customer-facing functional advisor, coaching customers on how to enable and adopt solutions rather than configuring or coding them.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with Product Development when gaps or enhancements are identified.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or consulting with an enterprise software vendor is a big plus.
