• Perform bookkeeping tasks usingQuickBooksand other user-friendly accounting systems.
• Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and assist with payroll as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, including those who may be assertive, while maintaining professionalism.
• Ensure all office processes are followed correctly and consistently.
• Answer phones, manage correspondence, and support daily office operations.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
