Overview: We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide handson enduser support in a corporate environment. This role includes traditional desktop support responsibilities along with A/V support for an onsite auditorium used for semifrequent meetings. The ideal candidate is customerfocused, technically capable, and comfortable supporting both daytoday IT needs and live meeting environments. Responsibilities: * Provide desktop and enduser support for Windows 11 systems, resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues. * Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and Office desktop products. * Support and administer user accounts via Active Directory, including password resets, group access, and basic account management. * Assist with device management using Intune / MDM, including device enrollment, policy application, and basic troubleshooting. * Provide A/V support for onsite meetings and events, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of audio, video, and presentation systems in an auditorium setting. * Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating technical information to nontechnical users. * Document issues and resolutions according to IT support procedures. Qualifications: * Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments. * Working knowledge of Active Directory user and access management. * Familiarity with Intune or other Mobile Device Management platforms. * Experience providing A/V or conference room support, including live meeting assistance. * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional, userfirst mindset. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holden, MA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
