*Fleet Operations Coordinator*
*Location:* Phoenix, AZ *Pay:* $19-$26 per hour *Work Environment* On-site, hands-on fleet operations with direct client interaction. This role supports fleet operations across multiple states and communicates regularly with corporate leadership. *Schedule* Full-time; availability on weekends and some holidays required *Compensation and Benefits* * Pay Rate: $19-$26/hr (W2) * Duration: 9month contracttohire * Conversion Salary (If converted to full time): $60,000-$70,000 * Benefits (if eligible): Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401(k), Voluntary Life, Disability, Transportation Benefits, EAP, PTO/Sick Leave *About the Role* This role supports day-to-day fleet operations for a large client program. The position focuses on vehicle readiness, operational efficiency, and strong customer service while coordinating vendors and maintaining accurate fleet records. *Key Responsibilities* * Manage daily operations of a variable fleet * Perform detailed pre- and post-service vehicle inspections * Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of vehicles * Schedule mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors * Ensure vehicles are refueled and ready for service * Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and services * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors * Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency *Required Skills & Experience* * High School diploma or equivalent required * 1-2 years of experience managing rental or fleet vehicles * 2-5 years of customer service or client support experience (B2B preferred) * Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours and drive fleet vehicles * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * Integrity, accountability, and customer-focused mindset *Top Skills - Must Haves:* * Fleet Management or Vehicle Rental experience * Operations or Logistics support * Customer Service / Client Support * Basic Excel and data entry skills *Nice to Have Skills:* * Experience with rental or fleet management software * Repair and maintenance coordination experience *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract-to-Hire position located in Toledo, Ohio. *Pay and Benefits* The pay rate for this position is $19.00-$26.00 per hour.
