Job Summary At Getty Digital, we are re-imagining how we can use data, software, and systems to provide a seamless and welcoming experience for Getty visitors, both on-site and online. This position plays a central role in this effort by managing large and complex technical projects to advance Getty's work. This is a three-year limited term position. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join the Portfolio Project Management Office (PPMO) team within Getty Digital for a limited term employment of three years. This position reports to the PPMO Manager and works closely with the Digital Visitor Experience Director, Enterprise Applications Director, and staff from across the organization, including product managers, engineers, and subject-matter experts to implement innovative solutions that address our user and business needs. This position leads projects from original concept through final implementation. Two major initiatives will anchor the incumbent's initial project portfolio. The first is managing projects related to a Digital Signage Initiative. This effort aims to centralize and streamline the hardware and software infrastructure-including a content management system (CMS)-that supports digital signage for visitors to the Getty Center campus. The second is managing technology projects that improve the Parking experience, including hardware modernization, pre-payment, and expedited entry and exit. Together, these efforts support key strategic initiatives that advance an improved visitor experience. The successful candidate must be a California resident when employment begins, reside within a commutable distance of Getty, and must work at least one day per week on Getty's campus.
