Position Compensation Range: $88,000.00 - $145,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. The Lead Corporate Compliance Specialist sits on the Home Business Compliance Team and is integral to ensuring compliance across four subsidiaries, proactively managing regulatory risk, and supporting strategic business objectives. This role directly impacts our ability to meet legal and regulatory requirements, mitigate risk, and maintain operational excellence. You will monitor compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards. You will advise, consult and mentor on the most complex and sensitive or high-profile market conduct exams and other regulatory inquiries. You will provide expert level guidance to business units in assessing business policies and procedures for gaps that may expose the company to significant compliance or ethics risks. You will lead business unit stakeholders by influence, balancing business strategy with appropriate risk management controls. You will act as a technical advisor to department leadership and other team members. You will report to the Senior Manager, Business Compliance. In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from either Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.
