As a key contributor, you will shape immersive experiences that resonate with audiences, translating strategic themes into visually stunning and memorable designs. Your expertise will directly influence how critical messages are perceived and celebrated, making a tangible impact on the client's brand presence and engagement. This role calls for a visionary designer with a passion for event creativity. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality event assets across various platforms and media. Your work will ensure that every touchpoint of an event reflects a cohesive and compelling narrative, elevating the overall experience for attendees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct design consultations, deeply understanding business needs and translating them into creative solutions. * Develop and co-develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts that clearly and inclusively communicate design ideas. * Create and execute design solutions that capture event themes while aligning with business objectives. * Produce visually compelling experiential deliverables, pitches, and presentations. * Provide constructive feedback to support the project vision and ensure high-quality event material production. * Serve as a project manager for assigned projects, managing timelines and estimates aligned to project scope. * Clearly articulate creative ideas and design decisions across multiple events, workstreams, and projects. * Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, peers, cross-disciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders. * Consult with internal clients to build and maintain strong relationships. **Required Skills & Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. * Five-plus years of related experience as a senior graphic designer, specifically in event design. * Creative digital portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and design skills. * Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed agency or in-house team environment to develop a range of creative initiatives. * Advanced knowledge of design software with an emphasis on image manipulation and knowledge of scaling artwork for large outlier sizes. * Advanced knowledge of presentation software and collaboration tools, with the ability to learn new tools on-the-job as technology advances. * Strong knowledge and skills in designing interactive and static presentations. * Ability to understand the internal client's vision through active listening, advanced communication, and diplomacy with business partners, project owners, managers, and internal team members. * Ability to develop creative briefs, mood, and image boards. * Sound business acumen to adapt while working alongside client-serving professionals. * Excel at managing multiple projects, prioritizing milestones, and influencing clients and design colleagues to deliver desirable solutions within time frame and budget. * Ability to initiate and successfully engage in creative ideation sessions and design sprints. * Advanced technical understanding of digital media and print design, both in-house and with vendors. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Willingness to accept administrative responsibilities such as project management and internal client communications alongside creative development and design. * Able to travel onsite to support live events if the opportunity arises.
