This is a remote role based in Seattle, WA.

Pay Range: $27/hr - $32/hr

Your creative vision and design expertise will be instrumental in elevating our visual identity and ensuring our messaging is clear, compelling, and impactful. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team, bringing their creative flair and design skills to a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be pivotal in crafting visually engaging materials that support key projects and initiatives, ensuring our communications resonate powerfully. You'll contribute directly to refreshing essential presentations and developing new visual assets that drive understanding and engagement. This is a chance to make a tangible impact, shaping how our internal and external audiences perceive and interact with our work.

What You'll Do:



  • Design and refine customer presentations and pitch decks, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
  • Create compelling organizational communications that effectively convey key messages.
  • Develop clear and impactful visuals and diagrams to simplify complex information.
  • Design engaging presentations for all-hands meetings and leadership sessions.
  • Contribute to the design and visual consistency of SharePoint sites.
  • Plan, analyze, and create innovative visual solutions to address communication challenges.
  • Develop overall layout and production design for various publications and web interfaces.
  • Prepare sketches and layouts for review and feedback.
  • Transform data into easily understandable charts and graphs.
  • Work a standard schedule, Monday - Friday, 20 hours a week.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree in design or a certificate in graphic design.
  • 0-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe publishing and graphics software.
  • Basic ability to utilize various forms of media, including print, electronic, and film.
  • Basic ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand the aesthetic aspects of design.
  • Previous experience using computer software to create layouts and generate new images.
  • Demonstrated creativity, strong verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving ability.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing a blend of design and communication projects.
  • A strong balance of both design and communication skills.
