Aquent is proud to partner with a leading global technology company renowned for its innovative contributions to digital experiences that shape how millions interact with the world. This organization is at the forefront of developing groundbreaking solutions, pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and impacting diverse industries through its commitment to user-centric design and technological excellence.

Are you a visionary UX Designer ready to make a significant impact on complex, high-visibility projects? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join a pioneering team where your expertise will directly shape the future of user experiences. In this pivotal role, you won't just design; you'll own outcomes, drive strategic direction, and evangelize innovative solutions that reach a global audience, directly influencing product evolution and user satisfaction. You will be instrumental in defining scalable, sustainable approaches to challenging problems and fostering long-term user experience and product strategy.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Drive Design Strategy & Vision:** Lead the implementation of holistic design processes, design systems, or design languages across multiple teams or products. Define user experience and product strategy, developing and generating support for a clear design vision with partners.

* **Innovate & Problem Solve:** Create innovative design solutions for user, product, and business challenges, anticipating evolving constraints and clearly communicating design rationale. Explore new solutions to existing problems, explicitly considering and mitigating unintentional harm.

* **Collaborate & Influence:** Partner with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intention, guiding design specifications (e.g., mock-ups, product models) for successful implementation. Build consensus across teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating design approaches and addressing challenges.

* **Impact Through Data:** Utilize and propose key data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understand the user ecosystem, and analyze industry trends, collaborating across teams to inform design solutions. Drive design improvements based on UX testing and stakeholder input.

* **Guide & Mentor:** Guide other designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and user research/testing, or conduct independent research to inform appropriate design directions.

* **Expert Application:** Apply, adapt, and define UX design frameworks, principles, patterns, and systems. Leverage writing and design tools to visualize ideas, develop prototypes, and drive the product vision forward, tailoring deliverables to specific product or platform requirements.

* **Strategic Contribution:** Contribute to developing project priorities aligned with broader goals, coordinate resource allocation, and proactively expand responsibilities within the product team.

* **Business Alignment:** Create design solutions rooted in user insights, business needs, and industry trends to further business objectives and support stakeholders in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 6 years of motion design experience in product design or UX/UI animation.

* A portfolio, website, or other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link and/or access instructions).

* Proficiency in Data analysis, synthesis & planning.

* Strong knowledge of Product design.

* Expertise in Interactive technology.

* Proficiency in UX research methodology.

* Deep understanding of the Product development lifecycle.

* Exceptional Aesthetic sensibility.

* Comprehensive understanding of User behavior.

* Proven ability in Presentations and Storytelling.

* Strong Systems thinking approach.

* High level of Craftsmanship in design execution.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with GenAI Prototyping for design exploration and user research.
