**What You'll Do:**

* Collaborate closely with the creative director and marketing team to conceptualize and refine campaign messaging.

* Develop high-performance copy for a variety of digital assets, including paid advertisements, landing pages, thank-you pages, and automated email sequences.

* Shape messaging across multiple campaign phases: awareness, lead generation, application encouragement, and yield.

* Generate innovative ideas for headlines, hooks, calls to action, and conversion-focused content.

* Partner with design teams to ensure seamless integration between messaging and visual elements.

* Iterate and revise creative content based on stakeholder feedback to optimize performance.

**What You'll Bring:**
