Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis: The Manager of Finance is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Business Partnering: The Manager of Finance is responsible for partnering with business units and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Compliance and Risk Management: The Manager of Finance is responsible for ensuring that financial processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This includes managing internal and external audits and implementing controls to mitigate financial risks. Process Improvement: The Manager of Finance is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Team Management: The Manager of Finance is responsible for managing a global team of finance professionals, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback to team members in the U.S., Bulgaria, and Poland.

Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or anomalies. Leadership: The ability to lead and inspire a team of finance professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Successful Candidates Will Typically Have:
Bachelor's degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) of Accounting or Finance Minimum of 3 years of global leadership experience Manufacturing experience a plus Experience with SAP, Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tagetik Experience with managing a team across multiple time zones
