Security Officer Site Supervisor

As an Unarmed Security Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for an entire team of security professionals and managing them to fulfill contract requirements as noted by the Client's requirements.

NOTE: A detailed description or required post orders of the Working Site Supervisor will be discussed during the interview process.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage large team of licensed Security Officers on a daily basis.
• Ensure contract requirements are met and serve as direct liaison to the Client.
• Construction of scheduling to meet manning requirements.
• Responding quickly to emergencies or threats.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be licensed as an Unarmed Professional Security Officer in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 5 years upper management experience as well as experience in managing large teams of employees.
• Must be able to obtain a First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, driving record check and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient English language communication, reading, and writing skills.
• Able to meet all physical demands, including occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs.), and performing tasks such as bending, climbing, running, walking, and standing for long periods of time as needed.
