Summary: Provides support for and coordinates departmental special studies, research, and administrative projects. Facilitates information exchange between The Johns Hopkins Hospital/Health System executive offices, School of Medicine, senior management offices, and other departments, vendors, or outside agencies. Performs administrative duties, including composing and editing complex correspondence and reports. Develops office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations and supervises office staff. This position reports to the Director. Shift: Full-time position, 40 hours per week, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Education: Two years of college, business school, or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Nine years of equivalent experience required without an Associate's Degree. Work Experience: Requires 5 -7 years of related experience at the administrative level to prepare complex reports, analyze data, solve problems, and provide educational programs. (Nine years required without an Associate's Degree) Salary Range: Minimum 21.53/hour - Maximum 37.68/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
