- Prepare and deliver product information and technical documentation in a timely manner, according to customers' needs and regulatory requirements.
- Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data
- Provide internal customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation to meet global commercial, creation and research initiatives
- Obtain thorough knowledge of customer requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies with current processes
- Interact with commercial teams to provide regulatory support
- Projects as assigned
- With support, begin to develop relationships with assigned customer contacts
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge in food, chemistry or related disciplines
- Strong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products
- Basic understanding of business processes and internal systems
- Experience in hospitality/customer service
- Basic knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements

Primary Qualifications
- University / Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline i.e. chemistry, food, biological or physical sciences
- 1-2 years experience in a food, flavor, dietary supplement, or chemicals regulatory role
