Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver product information and technical documentation in a timely manner, according to customers' needs and regulatory requirements.
• Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data
• Provide internal customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation to meet global commercial, creation and research initiatives
• Obtain thorough knowledge of customer requirements
• Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies with current processes
• Interact with commercial teams to provide regulatory support
• Projects as assigned
• With support, begin to develop relationships with assigned customer contacts

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge in food, chemistry or related disciplines
• Strong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products
• Basic understanding of business processes and internal systems
• Experience in hospitality/customer service
• Basic knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements

Primary Qualifications

• University / Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline i.e. chemistry, food, biological or physical sciences
• 1-2 years experience in a food, flavor, dietary supplement, or chemicals regulatory role
