What You'll Do:
- Additive Layer Manufacturing machines (EOS M290, EOS M400-4, Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing robotic welding machine).
- Record keeping related to the above in SAP and other systems.
- Management of consumables for the above.
- Some cross training with other job functions will be needed, e.g. manual machining of parts (lathe, mill, etc.).
- Hand finishing of parts.
- Operation of Wire EDM machine.
- Inspection & measurement of parts.
- Visual inspection.
- Manual inspection.
- Goods receipt & dispatch.
- Other equipment as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of hands-on manufacturing or machining experience.
What Sets You Apart:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail; ability to work to defined procedures and accurately record results
- Computer literate.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of basic machine tools and workshop skills such as, Milling and turning, Welding, Bench skills.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Committed individual willing to work the hours needed to get the job done.
- Full driving license.
