What You'll Do: Prepare specifications for low and high-volume manufacturing automation equipment Overall responsibility and accountability for production quality from definition to operational stages Design test fixtures and implement product and system tests Efficiently obtaining measurable and predictable results Create and present test reports in a clear and concise manner Planning, procuring, organizing and maintaining test equipment and materials Collaborate with product development team to incorporate test results Coordinate with manufacturing partners for product testing Set and communicate reliability requirements and targets for components, subsystems Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician or engineer in the manufacturing industry What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology program at College/University 2-3 years of work experience in Solar Module manufacturing plant, a plus but not required Strong computer skills and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, 5S, Six sigma, Toyota production system, and/or Lean Manufacturing training courses.
