Job Description Overview

BlueWater Federal is seeking a Network Specialist- Customer Outreach to support DISA operations in Whitehall, OH. As a Network Specialist you will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders. This role supports the swing shift(2pm-10pm)


Responsibilities

  • Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunication request
  • Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry
  • Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear

Qualifications

  • Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. US Citizenship required.
  • 2+ years military experience in communications or a related technical field; or 2+ years in an accredited technical training program plus 1 year of relevant communications experience; or 2+ years professional experience in communications or a related technical discipline is required.
  • Must be able to work the swing shift(2pm-10am)
