Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Arranges and schedules project services and care providers for assigned population groups to optimize use of available talent and resources; and, as necessary, provides project services to clients.
  • Develops tracking and reporting methods that specifically address individual project needs or problematic areas and present to project leadership.
  • Provides orientation materials and information to personnel regarding organizational goals and procedures, applicable regulations and standards, and care administration techniques and procedures.
  • Monitors project activity levels and resulting quantitative and qualitative data to ensure compliance with project's contractual requirements; identifies training and professional development needs and areas for expanding services.
  • Assists in designing effective procedures to maintain and document project procedures.
  • Maintains accurate records relating to project's services and personnel.
  • Monitors project's expenses and revenues; develops strategies for meeting related budgetary goals.
  • Assists to identify and develop project charters, with lists of realistic deliverables and goals/objectives.

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in human services field preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Two years' experience at high school level with 18 months additional education or training
  • Six months years' experience with a bachelor's degree.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Position has no unusual physical demands. Typical office environment.

Within the bounds of their respective job descriptions, all staff are expected to exercise principle-centered leadership, focused on customer service responsiveness, with a continuous quality improvement orientation. Additionally, all staff are expected to develop a working knowledge of and follow all policies and procedures related to safety management and other Joint Commission standards.
