Assists financial advisors with providing efficient, quality service to clients.

Required Education/Knowledge:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education/Knowledge:

• SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) Exam

Preferred Experience:

• One to three years' experience in banking, insurance or financial planning industry

Required Skills:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients, financial advisors and staff
• Strong written and verbal communication skills sufficient to deal with financial advisors, clients and home office personnel
• Professional and pleasant appearance and demeanor to work with clients
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong analytical skills to be able to research account information
• Mathematical abilities sufficient to process account and transaction information
• Ability to operate general office equipment (copier, fax, etc.)
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
• Ability to learn various software packages
