Mission: Quantum is seeking an Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) plays a critical program protection role in identifying supply chain risks and informing responses to threats & vulnerabilities to the supply chain, as well as supply chain related controls that are factors which are used to deliver uncompromised end items to the Program Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires, Capability Program Executives (CPE), and Project Management Offices (PMO). Position is contingent on funding. Responsibilities:
- The SCRM Analyst will identify attempts at adversarial attempts to compromise or disrupt DoW mission success by gaining access to and inserting malicious code into end item subcomponents while navigating the supply chain.
- Identify supply chain risks which could negatively affect the operational capability of end items and systems within the PAE Fires portfolio.
- Iteratively conduct SCRM throughout a systems acquisition lifecycle to inform risk owners of risks identified by the DoD SCRM Taxonomy that exist within their systems supply chain and assist in developing an informed risk response.
- Assist in development and maintenance of SCRM reports and dashboards
- Define SCRM implementation plans, policies, goals, and objectives used to develop and execute PAE Fires SCRM Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Guides.
- Assist in developing SCRM governance structures and operating models.
- Test and allocate SCRM tools to other PAE Fires entities.
- Assist in the execution of responses to supply chain risks used to frame, assess, respond to, and monitor organizational, operational, and national risks to PAE Fires assets, systems, and/or end items.
- Assist PAE Fires SCRM points of contact with process & procedure development, oversee and coordinate the implementation of holistic SCRM efforts and requirements driven by federal laws, DoW and Army directives, policies, regulations, standards, and mission/business functions at the PAE, CPE, and PMO level.
- Prioritize risk management functions used to drive investment strategies and funding decisions which affect enterprise SCRM architecture at lower levels.
- Identify Supply Chain Risks based on requirements documents to ensure that SCRM is included in baseline capability development and conducted interactively through a systems acquisition lifecycle
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen and a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University.
- Strong understanding of the Global Supply Chain, Defense Industrial Base, & the DoD SCRM Taxonomy and what risk of malicious insertion may have on end item(s) if undetected.
- Candidate must be able to acquire or possess and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance, with possibilities of working at higher classification levels.
- Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Project Online or Project Server
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Familiarity with SharePoint / Microsoft 365 environment
- Understanding of resource management and deliverables-based planning
- Experience supporting DoW or government programs
