Job Title: School Nurse LPN/LVN Duration: 3+ Months to long term Location: Cypress, TX 77429 Schedule: Standard Day Shift Role: On Site Job Description: Substitute School Nurse LPN/LVN Support the school clinic under the direction of an RN. Perform delegated nursing tasks, administer medications, and assist with student health needs. Maintain clinic operations in the absence of the regular nurse. Document services and communicate with supervising nurse. Mandatory Requirements Signed Pre-Service Affidavit on file before assignment. Active, unencumbered Texas RN or LVN license. Current CPR certification (AHA BLS preferred). Criminal history check and fingerprinting through CFISD system. Compliance with TBON, CFISD policies, and applicable laws.
