Senior Property Associate

What this job involves:

As a Senior Property Associate at JLL, you will serve as a strategic partner to two Market Leads operating across different regions of the country. This role sits at the intersection of administration, operations, and client service, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities across multiple markets. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive filing systems, managing critical financial processes, coordinating calendars and meetings, and handling sensitive business information with the utmost discretion. Estimated total compensation for this position:

$26.45 - $33.65 per hour

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .

Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8: 00 am - 5:00 pm

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Provide direct administrative support to Market Leads, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across regions
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive filing systems, including establishing file structures and tracking property management agreements to ensure easy access and compliance
  • Lead project management efforts for onboarding new assignments, coordinating document collection and ensuring all stakeholders have what they need to succeed
  • Enter invoices into the accounting system, code them accurately, and obtain necessary approvals to manage accounts payable efficiently
  • Assist with corporate accounts receivable processes and support the team with budget preparation, reforecasts, and light data tracking
  • Monitor and respond to emails regularly, ensuring timely communication and follow-through on action items
  • Track projects across multiple markets, proactively managing deadlines and flagging potential issues before they arise
  • Support team coordination efforts including onboarding new team members, organizing events, and procuring supplies as needed
  • Handle confidential and sensitive business information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism at all times

Required qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably supporting senior leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across different teams or locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor
  • Proficiency with accounting systems and experience managing invoices, coding expenses, and tracking budgets
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling financial data and confidential information
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while knowing when to escalate issues appropriately

Preferred qualifications:

  • Background in property management or commercial real estate
  • Experience supporting multiple executives or leaders simultaneously across different geographic regions
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of expense tracking systems and corporate financial processes
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate
