Location:REMOTE- United States

Duration:12months+ ( likely to extend/convert to perm)

Note:Due to the nature of the work and potential access to sensitive systems, this position requiresU.S. Citizenship.

We're looking for an experienced Oracle EPM IT Product Owner to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of financial planning and reporting solutions supporting Financial Planning, Reporting & Performance (FPRP) and Investment Banking functions.

This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with business and technology teams to drive scalable, compliant, and data-driven financial solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle EPM platforms (Planning, FCCS, EPBCS, Essbase)
  
• Partner with Finance (FPRP) & Investment Banking stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
  
• Translate complex financial processes into clear functional/technical solutions
  
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews)
  
• Drive enhancements across budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting
  
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, audit controls, and financial standards
  
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM / Hyperion
  
• 3+ years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
  
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (FPRP)
  
• Experience supporting Investment Banking or capital markets environments
  
• Hands-on experience with Planning, FCCS, Essbase, EPBCS
  
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
  

Nice to Have:

• CSPO or Agile certification
  
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification
  
• Experience with FDMEE, ODI, or Data Management tools
  
• Familiarity with SOX or financial regulatory frameworks
  
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau
