Woodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team!

Woodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa are in Woodbury, MN right next door to Woodbury Senior High School. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years in our gorgeous apartment style communities providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Schedule Available: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Wage: $20-$22/hour, depending on experience,

Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Marketing Assistants become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Director and sales team by providing administrative support related to new inquiries, CRM maintenance, and tour coordination. This role assists with answering incoming calls, gathering initial prospect information, entering and updating leads in the CRM, and scheduling tours and appointments for the marketing team.

The Marketing Assistant helps ensure accurate records are maintained, prepares marketing materials as needed, and supports communication and follow-up with prospective residents and families. This position plays an important role in keeping the inquiry and tour process organized while providing a welcoming first point of contact for those exploring senior living at Woodbury Senior Living. Duties include:



  • Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, tours to potential residents and perform administrative duties concerning the property as directed.
  • Warmly greets visitors, prospective renters, and current residents.
  • Provides potential residents with brochures and information
  • Consults with prospective residents to identify requirements, their budget and then matches these needs with the available apartments in the community.
  • Provide follow ups with prospects after initial visit to continue the conversation.
  • Ensures available apartments and model are fresh and tidy.
  • Prepares leases for Executive Director review and approval; obtains signatures from residents.
  • Coordinates move-in dates, materials, and processes.
  • Supports social media and content creations.
  • Tours the property daily to ensure it is ascetically pleasing, clean and in great condition.
  • Manages use of shared facilities such as fitness and recreation areas, and meeting or gathering spaces.
  • Assists with additional administrative tasks delegated by Executive Director as required.
  • Understand the communities and its amenities, rents, and neighborhood, as well as those nearby.
  • Attend events that are hosted on-site to engage with residents and possibly set up events prior.
  • Maintain activity reports by recording traffic daily in the CRM.



Qualifications:


  • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.


  • Strong interest in healthcare.


  • Positive, compassionate attitude.


  • Exceptional telephone, communication skills and the desire to work closely with senior adults is essential.


  • Must have proficient knowledge of computer systems, including email use.
