We're an award-winning IT solutions provider to the Federal government, seeking a Trainer/Business Analyst to join our team if awarded a project with the Federal Government. In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with the client to understand business structure, policies, and operations. Conduct needs assessment of training and prepare training materials and, deliver training content both in person and virtually, and maintain O&M procedures. Additionally, as a Business Analyst), the person in this role will work closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document project requirements to be communicated to other team members. U.S. citizenship is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to a government background investigation and be favorably adjudicated before the start of their employment.. TCG is pleased to offer remote employment in the following states: AL, AZ, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NC, OH, OR, PA (excluding the City of Philadelphia), SC, TN, UT, VA, WV, and WI. Additionally, the selected candidate must be able to travel to Washington, DC for laptop pickup and repairs, as needed. This role also requires occasional (in-person) travel to Oklahoma City for 2-day sessions to train Users on several systems that Federal and State personnel will utilize. RESPONSIBILITIES:
