ChristianaCare is seeking a Program Manager - Kidney Transplant Services to provide operational, peopleleadership, and programmatic oversight across pre, peri, and posttransplant services.

This role serves as the sitelevel operational leader for the Kidney Transplant Program, partnering closely with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory readiness, and sustainable program growth.

This is a highly collaborative leadership role for a healthcare operations professional who thrives in a complex, regulated clinical environment and is passionate about improving access, quality, and outcomes for transplant patients.

This position follows a hybrid work model, combining onsite responsibilities in Newark, DE with remote work, based on business and operational needs.

Duties / Responsibilities:

The Program Manager provides operational and people leadership for the Kidney Transplant Program across pre, peri, and posttransplant services. This role oversees daily clinic operations, staffing, budgeting, and caregiver performance while ensuring efficient, highquality workflows and ongoing regulatory readiness. The Program Manager partners closely with clinical, finance, quality, and analytics teams to drive program growth, performance improvement, and enhanced patient access and experience, while building strong internal and external relationships that support the success of the transplant program.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related field required, Master's Degree preferred.

  • Three years' experience in healthcare operations, program administration, or clinic leadership required.

  • Prior people-management experience required.

  • Computer experience required.

  • Experience with performance improvement, datadriven operations, or regulated clinical programs strongly preferred.

Hourly Pay Range: $38.22 - $61.16 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
