Overview

The Private Client Concierge serves as a dedicated, high-touch service professional for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients within Johnson Financial Group Wealth Management. This role ensures an elevated experience by providing personalized and proactive support, and coordinating seamlessly with bankers, advisors, and internal partners. The Concierge acts as a trusted client advocate, delivering a level of service that reflects the prestige, discretion, and sophistication expected by UHNW individuals and families within the PCS client segment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Relationship Support

  • Deliver a white-glove client experience, serving as a primary point of contact for personal client requests and direct requests from PCS bank and advisor partners.
  • Provide solutions with efficiency, prompt responsiveness, and professionalism.
  • Partner with PCS Bank and Advisor partners to coordinate new PCS client onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and highly customized start to the client relationship.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each client's preferences, communication style, and service expectations.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Manage and execute complex client service requests, including account maintenance, documentation, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Communicate client interactions with wealth advisors, private bankers, portfolio managers, and specialists as necessary and utilizing CRM tool .
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all processes and documentation.
  • Monitor pending items and follow through relentlessly until resolution.

Luxury-Level Concierge Services

  • Provide high-touch assistance such as general organization, bill paying, event access, gifting, and personal requests consistent with PCS client expectations (while observing firm policies and risk guidelines).
  • Offer curated recommendations and solutions aligned with clients' interests, lifestyles, and priorities.

Team Collaboration & Internal Partnership

  • Partner closely with PCS advisors, PCS bankers, Specialists and leadership to enhance the overall client service model.
  • Assist in planning client engagement events, exclusive experiences, and relationship building opportunities.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private banking, wealth management, or a client-facing high-touch environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage UHNW clients confidently and discreetly.
  • High emotional intelligence, patience, and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred

  • Experience working directly with UHNW individuals, family offices, private wealth teams, or luxury brands.
  • Knowledge of financial services processes, products, and compliance standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
