Responsibilities SUMMARY: The role and responsibilities of this position include managing and coordinating the overall daily operational needs of the Distribution facility. This includes but is not limited to, shipping, traffic, planning, budgeting/forecasting and operating system functionality. The Facility Manager will make key decisions and coordinate all projects, while also partnering with the Director of Distribution Operations and other business leaders to ensure that a high sense of urgency, detail, communication, and teamwork is exhibited towards all company objectives. In partnership with Distribution Center Manager, builds employee engagement and a high performing team by recruiting, training, and retaining the best talent within span of control.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to add and subtract 10-digit numbers, to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds; ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
