We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team in Milwaukee, WI (South Harbor District) or our Chicago Headquarters (near O'Hare). This role requires a seasoned professional with strong expertise in compensation principles and analytics. The Senior Compensation Analyst evaluates complex issues, analyzes diverse data, and develops practical, effective solutions. While general direction may be provided for new initiatives, the role exercises independent judgment and contributes to key compensation programs and decisions. Key Job Responsibilities

Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $76000-95000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
