Service Dispatcher

dormakaba is seeking a Service Dispatcher based in Orlando, FL. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for ensuring that the process of taking customer orders, assigning Service Technicians, completing service jobs, and that service jobs are billed is completed efficiently, profitably, and in a customer friendly manner.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Hourly Salary $20 - $25 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

• Field and route incoming customer calls and emails to Service Technicians
• Enter service call orders into the service tracking system
• Dispatch service calls to Service Technicians and follow up to ensure all aspects of the service process are completed accurately
• Provide coordination assistance for National Accounts
• Data entry related to customer accounts and transactions

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience

• Experience as dispatcher and/or experience with accounts receivable or billing
