Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst II to support data-driven decision-making within a growing community bank with approximately $25 billion in assets. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-4 years of experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about leveraging data to enhance financial performance, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. The BI Analyst II will partner with business units such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Finance, Risk, and Operations to deliver insights, reporting, and dashboards that support strategic and operational goals.
