As an unarmed, primarily driving Patrol Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will perform routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to discourage security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance with clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and associates by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, disturbances, medical situations, and policy violations, and request additional resources when needed.
• Monitor access points and observe customer traffic, reporting suspicious behavior, property damage, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports and logs, communicate with site leadership and local responders as needed, and support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and documenting observed activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
