The Sr. Director of Planning/ Quality/Risk is a strategic leadership role responsible for integrating enterprise planning, quality assurance, and risk assessment into a unified operating framework. This role drives operational excellence, ensures compliance, and enables data-driven decision-making to support long term business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning Execution - Lead enterprise-wide planning processes. Drive forecast accuracy
  • Quality Assurance - Establish and oversee QMS. Ensure compliance. Set and monitor KPIs.
  • Risk Assessments and Supplier Relationship Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and supply risks
  • Operational Excellence - Drive cross-functional improvements, champion a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management - Build and lead high performance teams. Serve as a key advisor to the PRISM Leadership team. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in all associated categories or similar
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives

Skills, Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

  • Deep knowledge of planning processes (S&OP, S&OE, PLM, etc)
  • Expertise in quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong understanding of enterprise risk
  • Financial acumen
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
  • Data driven mindset and experience using data analytics and reporting tools

Travel and Time Requirements

  • 20-25% travel expected

The Salary Range for the role is $129,000.00 - $205,000.00/year.
