Job Title: Mortgage Underwriter III Location: Greenville, SC 29607 Duration: 3months Assignment Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M-F Core business hours Work Model: Hybrid, 3 day in office 2 days WFH, Anchor Days: Tues, Wed and Thurs Summary: Working within a leading organization, meaningful borrower impact work by providing homeowners solutions during hardship. Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage a pipeline of loans through loss mitigation decision making using excel base tools and provide timely customer communications created in Words via regular mail and UPS. How much time is being spent in meetings: 30 minutes daily Interacting with internal stakeholders. Must have skills: Underwriting. Default servicing. Fiserv agent. MS office suite (Excel) Required Experience & Education: Minimum High School Diploma. 3+ years of experience in Mortgage underwriting. Banking background in underwriting position.
