Finance Intern (Project Controls & Invoicing)

Join our team to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, project accounting, and investment analysis. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual to support financial departments through high-impact data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and budget monitoring. You will gain in-depth knowledge of invoicing processes and utilize MS Excel to audit financial records, driving efficiency in our clean energy financial operations.

Day-to-day activities are supporting a team of Project Controls Specialists in Customer time & material invoicing.
• Retrieve detailed receipts from SAP and Concur.
• Review invoice receipts, save and support the preparation of monthly invoice submittals to Customers.

• Pursuing a BS (Junior/Senior), MS, or PhD in Finance.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication, and a passion for innovation in clean, safe energy.

• Salary: $17.60-$23.00/hourly, with the opportunity to receive performance bonuses.
