Overview

As a Team Lead Operations, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day efficiency of our operations. You'll be responsible for guiding and supporting your colleagues to meet production goals and maintain a well-organized workflow.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Time Management Support: Assisting team members in effectively managing their time and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. This includes providing guidance on prioritization and workflow.

  • Work Allocation: Distributing tasks and assignments to team members based on their skills and workload to ensure balanced and efficient operations.

  • Workflow Coordination: Monitoring the flow of work, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proactively suggesting adjustments to improve efficiency.

  • Process Adherence: Ensuring that all team members understand and follow established operational procedures and guidelines.

  • Performance Monitoring (Task-Based): Observing and reporting on the progress and completion of assigned tasks by team members.

  • Resource Management: Ensuring the availability of necessary materials and equipment for the team to perform their tasks effectively.

  • Communication Hub: Serving as a central point of contact for operational updates and information within the team.

  • Problem Solving (Operational): Identifying and escalating operational issues or challenges that impact team productivity.

  • Training Support: Assisting in the onboarding and training of new team members on operational processes.

  • Maintaining Organization: Ensuring the work area is clean, organized, and conducive to efficient operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work 1 effectively with a team.

  • Ability to proactively identify and solve operational challenges.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Education

  • HS Diploma required or GED equivalent

Experience

  • Prefer someone to have experience leading others and directing other's work

  • Proven experience in an operational or production environment.

  • Experience in mosquito management, facilities, or warehouse operations preferred.

  • Appropriate certifications

  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrates specialized knowledge in relevant procedures.

  • Intermediate proficiency using Google platforms

  • Ability to interpret and apply procedural guidelines.

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for technical or operational challenges.

  • Advanced knowledge of tools or equipment relevant to specialization.

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Near-range visual acuity for detailed tasks and ability to perform activities with precision such as analyzing data, viewing computer screens or reading extensively.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
