Change Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Change Manager for a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity with our client, a regional financial institution, located in Columbus, OH.

Pay range: $83.00-87.00 per hour w2
Conversion Salary Range: 125-145k

Responsibilities:

• Lead organizational change efforts to ensure the successful adoption of enterprise initiatives
• Partner with executives, stakeholders, and field teams to assess impacts, develop and execute change and communication plans, and drive readiness across the organization
• Manage stakeholder alignment, change strategy and governance, metrics and reporting, and executive and employee communications
• Oversee field enablement through readiness activities, champions, and feedback loops

Requirements:

• Strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
• Data-driven and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Skilled in storytelling and executive messaging
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization
