Description: NSI requires an IT Intern to support day-to-day technical operations and assist with ongoing IT and digital initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment while developing practical skills in IT support, systems, and emerging technologies. The Intern will provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and user issues. Assist with system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting and support data management and documentation efforts. Help maintain IT equipment and track inventory and assist with process improvements, automation, or digital tools as needed.
Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Technical understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting. Location: Lexington Park, MD Education: Rising Junior or Senior college student currently enrolled in pursuit of a Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering. Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret DOD clearance required.
