Description and Requirements Role Title: Senior Manager - Sales Strategy & Transformation The Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Transformation supports the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve seller productivity, and enhance operational effectiveness. This role partners with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and track progress against business goals. This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the U.S. within the United States with preference for Eastern or Central time zones. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office-great for collaboration and connection!
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $160,000 to $210,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
