Warranty Coordinator

84 Lumber is currently seeking a Warranty Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

• • Assisting and supporting the efforts of the department.
  • Maintain database of store contact information.
  • Prepare daily inventory reports.
  • Inbound and Outbound phone calls to respond to needs quickly and efficiently
  • Handle overflow customer service calls.
  • Other general office duties assigned by management.
  • Coordinating accurate purchase information for products provided by the salesperson
  • Customer/builder interaction

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proactive attitude in execution of projects and time sensitive reporting
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office specifically Access and Excel.
• Ability to utilize database systems to import information publish and analyzereports and assist personnel in interpreting the output.
