Job Title: Project Manager Location: Irwindale, CA 91702 Duration: 12 Months Job Description Overview 3-5 yrs experience - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Typically possesses one to three years of experience coordinating or managing small to medium projects or product workstreams. Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, support development of project plans, manage schedules, track progress, and contribute to the execution of defined deliverables. Proven ability to problem-solve, anticipate issues, maintain documentation, and operate effectively under moderate time constraints. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and communicate status updates to various audiences. Key Responsibilities Manage projects and initiatives having major enterprise-wide safety impact to Client's in support of Client's safety priorities and goals. Develop objectives and short to long range strategies. Perform senior project management functions including analyses, project proposals, project plans, business cases, schedule, project scope definition, risk analysis/mitigation plans, resource requirement identification, developing and implementing metrics to measure and adjust. Lead company-wide cross-functional teams to drive project objectives from inception to completion; facilitate meetings, presentations and discussions to identify strategies for continuous improvement, communicate status updates and drive for project results. Develop and maintain master enterprise project plan for complex safety culture projects with high visibility and aggressive timelines (including integrating individual project plans, timelines, interdependencies, alignment, and communication needs). Responsible for executing overarching Safety Culture Transformation Roadmap and other related safety strategies. Required Skills/Attributes
